We stayed one night in this resort at the Heritage suite. It was a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and done up well. The staff was polite and helpful. Food was reasonably tasty( ordered from in-house dining) The grounds are well maintained. Its proximity to river betwa and the chattris is an added benefit.

This is your typical Indian Govt run hotel which means the best location, courteous, helpful but very homely staff and large rooms. we stayed in cottage style rooms, which were very large sized including the bathroom. The toiletries were exceptionally good. Linen was fine and sleep quality was good. Breakfast Buffet was not very lavish but was reasonably tasty. Although the restaurant ambience was very basic but it was obvious that the chef had good culinary skills as all the dishes we ordered were tasty and well cooked. My major complaint is about the fact it seems that the pillows, cushions and mattresses in the rooms are never aired or put in the sunlight. They had such a huge amount of allergens that just on stepping in to the room will give me an attack of sneezing and coughing etc. It took me almost 10 days to recover after returning home. So please if somebody in the management is listening, work upon and rectify this issue immediately. There is a small open air swimming pool in the property. I was a little apprehensive about whether it had proper water filtration etc or not hence I did not use it.

It was a wholesome experience. The ambience was so soothing and wonderful . There was beautiful cottages and suites with lush green views and the food was soo yum. There was a pool with gym and library as well. We had a great time at this place. And would highly recommthis place to all

This restaurant provided excellent service. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It's has an great ambiance in the resort. Services are very fast and good. Swimming pool, gym, was too good. I have a great experience to stay in this resort. Too quiet and beautiful.

Superb experience it my second visit with my students (49 people). Mr. Shashikant Mishra( Front Manger) very cooperative. And all the staff n services are very good The food quality is awesome. In Buffet u will get many options. Love to visit again n again.
